    The hotel name is enough. Room number can follow when you have it.

  2. We agree a delivery window

    In writing, with the price, before anything is fixed.

  3. We hand it over in person

    Speed setting, brake, charger, and where the contract lives. That takes a few minutes and saves the week.

Storage and charging at the hotel

The question that catches people out is not parking, it is charging. A scooter needs a socket for several hours, and hotels vary enormously in whether that is a corridor cupboard, a luggage room or your own balcony.

Ask reception before you book, and tell us what they say. It changes which machine we bring.

Delivery questions

Which hotels in Benidorm allow mobility scooters?
Policies differ per hotel and they change, so a list here would be out of date within a season and wrong for someone. Ask reception where they would like it stored and charged, then tell us what they said.
Can you deliver to the airport instead?
Alicante airport is outside Benidorm and belongs to our sister operation on the wider coast. For a hire that starts at the airport, ask them.
What if I arrive late in the evening?
Say so on the form. A late flight changes the delivery window, not whether we come.
Do you collect it from the hotel at the end?
Yes, from the same place we delivered it, on the date you give us, and at no extra charge.
Is delivery an extra?
No. Within Benidorm, delivery and collection are in the weekly and monthly rate along with the charger and the insurance.
